Tip: measure your foot length while standing. If between sizes, go up half a size.

How to measure

• Chest: measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape horizontal.
• Waist: measure around your natural waistline, the narrowest part of your torso.
• Hips: measure around the fullest part of your hips, about 20 cm below your waist.
• Foot length: stand on a piece of paper, mark the heel and longest toe, and measure the distance.

7-day return policy
You may return full-price items within 7 days of receiving your order. Sale and Pre-Loved items are excluded.

Condition requirements
Items must be returned in original condition with tags intact, unworn, unscented, and free of makeup, tan, or cream marks.

How to return
Include the completed exchange/return form from your original order. All items from one order must be returned in a single shipment. Multiple returns from the same order may incur additional shipping charges.

Refunds

• If your refund brings the order total below €14.90, a €4.90 delivery fee applies.
• Returns received after the 7-day window may not be accepted, and a handling fee of at least €9.90 may be charged.
