We are proud to offer international shipping services in the EU. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. La Matta also uses the best carriers so that you can track your order in real time after it has been sent to you.
In some cases (extreme order amounts, holidays, strikes etc.) your order may experience delay. In those cases La Matta is completely dependent on its carrier. If your order has been delayed we would like to ask for your understanding.
CUSTOMS
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
DELIVERY METHOD AND DELIVERY COSTS
In connection with each order, the customer agrees to the valid order, delivery and return terms of La Matta Ky. Shipping costs include postage and packaging.
We deliver orders as a package, the package can be tracked with the shipment ID, which you will receive in connection with the delivery confirmation to your e-mail. At the ordering stage, you can choose Posti’s delivery point or parcel machine as the delivery method or Accordingly to your preference shipping method.

If the product you ordered is in our warehouse, our estimated delivery time by Posti is about 1-4 working days.

We process orders every day on weekdays. It takes 1 business day to process the order and 1-4 business days for delivery.

All orders are confirmed by e-mail, stating the price of the order, delivery costs and the ordered products. From the order confirmation you can see e.g.

How to add protection: Shipping protection can be added at checkout. Once selected, your order is covered from the moment it leaves our warehouse until it reaches your door.
Without protection: If you choose not to add shipping protection, La Matta cannot be held responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged after handover to the carrier. In such cases, we will do our best to assist, but outcomes depend on the carrier's own claims process.
